  1. Hey, can you please help me?

My account was suspended for having a cracked plugin and I'm not able to login to FileZilla to change it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.5b94ef882d245_SuspendedServer.PNG.af2b6afeba9ee9cf55fe7b98ab0ca8ed.PNG

  2. Users, In an effort to allow all users to have good and stable performance we are now automatically stopping servers using large amounts of CPU in a way that negatively affects other users. To avoid false positives(during server boot or large worldedit operations) the system only takes action on the 3rd consecutive high CPU usage reading for that server. Also, the automated system only stops the server, it does not suspend the account automatically, but that can happen after a manual review if a server is affected too many times by the automated protection.
  3. It is my pleasure to announce that development builds for the Minecraft 1.13 release are now available. I will outline important considerations/changes below, but it is important that you read this post in its entirety, including the original 1.13-pre7 section. Even if you have already read that part, please read it again as it is still very much applicable. In terms of server preparation, we have now added 1.13 to the "Tested Minecraft Versions" resource field, as well as created a new field called "Native Minecraft Version". This second field has two choices - "Legacy (<1.13)" and "1.13". If you are a developer you should please set this field to indicate what api-version you used to program your plugin, as it will no doubt be an important consideration for server owners looking to update. As for general server stability we expect that this update will fall into three key "waves" for those looking to update. We are currently in the extreme caution wave and expect to advance through them as 1.13.x versions are released by Mojang. Extreme Caution (1.13 - Current): This version is stable for those looking to run a public server based on Minecraft 1.13, but only if an entire reset of all worlds and data is performed, and all plugins in use have a Native Minecraft Version of 1.13. It is not safe to use on existing worlds. There are known Vanilla bugs that will irreparably delete data from your old world, or otherwise render it unusable. You may use this version to test conversion of your world, but you will NEED to restore your world from a 1.12.2 backup before moving onto the second wave. Caution (1.13.x - future): There are no known world conversion bugs, and you should be able to safely update your world. Native 1.13 plugins should be used, but older plugins will function as well as they are ever likely to. Caution is still advised as there may be undiscovered data loss bugs. Normal (1.13.x - far future): There have been no world conversion bugs reported for quite some time, so it is probably safe to update your world. Native 1.13 plugins should be used, but older plugins will function as well as they are ever likely to. *** Spigot worlds must be converted using CraftBukkit/Spigot and NOT Vanilla. Full post: https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/bukkit-craftbukkit-spigot-bungeecord-1-13-development-builds.328883/ Spigot version 1.13 will soon be available on the control panel

If you want to turn off the online mode (allow non original accounts to join) you have to follow these steps: Access to the server via FTP (credentials can be found on the control panel on the section "FTP Access"). Find a file called "server.properties" and edit it. When with the filed openned change where it says "enable-command-block=false" to "enable-command-block=true". Restart the server and should work. Anything more you need do not exitate in asking.

  7. Important: After a server is created you cannot change its type for security reasons, if you want to change your server type please contact out support via ticket. Regular: Regular servers are the default ones, you have to renew your server every 2 days , they stay online even if empty as long as you keep renewing them, this type of server follow your account plans, in this case: 40 Slots 256 MB of RAM 5 Plugins Must be renewed every 2 days to stay online Once they are created "the space is reserved" for you, you can start the server at any time High Memory: High Memory servers are servers that you need to renew every two hours for them to stay online, if you dont they will be stopped. High Memory servers do not follow your account plan, they always have the following resources: 100 Slots 1 GB of RAM Unlimited Plugins Must be renewed every 2 hours to stay online The space is not reserved if the server is stopped, you may have to wait in line to start it Due to the high resource usage you may have to wait for a slot to start your High Memory Server High Resources servers that are stopped for more than 7 days are wiped from the disk.
